Your Hard drive may soon be replaced by a solid state drive. Seagate announced it will offer solid-state drives (SSDs) in 2008. “SSDs offer a couple advantages over disk-based drives: they’re lighter, consume less power, and more rugged, making them ideal for laptops and mobile devices.
