Senate approves 7 year Internet tax ban

The Senate has approved a 7 year extension to the ban on Internet taxation. The extension will prevent greedy state bureaucrats from imposing new taxes on internet usage; which could increase internet use fees by as much as 17%. GOP lawmakers want to make the ban permanent; saying it would spur investment in broadband internet access, Democrats forever in love with taxes of any kind, blocked the attempt
